All 12 Streams are Equally Important

However, they are of different maturity. While most of the streams are already the foundations of our business with well-established management systems (for example, information security and the quality of services), a few streams are relatively new. They focus on future opportunities for making an impact, such as to reduce carbon footprint and introduce circularity.

Flexibly yet consistently. We do not aim to set long-term targets where they will quickly become irrelevant or unsuitable for business that undergoes changes. We will continuously revise existing metrics and introduce new ones to ensure their full alignment with external context and business priorities.
